Plant her outdoors from spring through early summer, or start her inside and let her warm up slowly before she’s ready to be seen. Give her well-draining soil and about 30 cm of space — she likes room to stretch, twist, and flaunt every curve. Within days she’s already pushing through, unfurling with that eager little attitude that says she knows exactly what she’s doing.

Care & Conditions
She’ll thrive in sun or shade, never too fussy, but always better when she’s given a bit of extra attention. Keep her soil lightly moist — just enough to keep her satisfied — and she’ll stay soft, lush, and ready to show off. Harvesting
Take her from the outside in, nice and slow — she responds by sending up more, again and again, like she’s not done with you yet. Divide her every few years to keep her in top form, and enjoy that sharp, cheeky bite she delivers every time.
